OMI-Vis wavefront sensor
  • Wavefront sensor with uncooled camera
  • Used in external illumination mode for illuminating the optical element being tested
  • All test pieces are mounted externally

125 nm -1700 nm   30 x 30 spots
omi30-uv 125 nm-1100 nm
omi30-vis 390 nm-1100 nm
omi30-NIR 400 nm -1800 nm

OPTINO wavefront sensor
  • Can be used like Omi
  • Also used in internal illumination mode (double-pass), like an interferometer
  • Using auxiliary optics, elements of almost any size can be tested
Wavelength range:
390 nm -1100 nm Up to 100 x 100 spots
OPTINO-XC wavefront sensor OPTINO-BLU wavefront sensor
  • Like Optino, but with cooled cameras
  • For higher sampling, precision and situations where low reflectivity optical elements are to be tested (e.g. narrow band filters)
Wavelength range:
350 nm - 1100 nm Up to 100 x 100 spots
  • Like Optino, but with cooled or uncooled cameras.
  • Optimized for testing optical elements in the blue region
Wavelength range:
325 nm -1100 nm Up to 100 x 100 spots
OPTINO-UV wavefront sensor OPTINO-NIR wavefront sensor
  • Wavefront sensor optimized for the UV region
  • Especially indicated for use in lithography
Wavelength range:
125 nm - 1100 nm  30 x 30 spots
